1. 接受条款

下载、安装或使用 Hub-i（"本应用"），即表示你接受本协议全部条款。如不同意，请勿使用。

2. 许可授予

我们授予你一项有限的、不可转让、非独占的许可，仅供你个人使用本应用。

3. 订阅说明

3.1 订阅产品

• Plus 月度订阅：每月 18 元
• Plus 年度订阅：每年 168 元
• Pro 月度订阅：每月 38 元
• Pro 年度订阅：每年 348 元
• 终身买断：888 元（一次性）

3.2 自动续订

• 订阅到期前 24 小时内自动续订
• 通过 Apple ID 账户付款
• 在 iOS 设置 → Apple ID → 订阅 中可关闭自动续订
• 关闭后当前订阅周期内仍可使用

3.3 退款

• 退款由 Apple 直接处理，可在 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请
• 我们无权干预退款决定

4. 兑换码

4.1 性质

• 兑换码不是法定货币
• 不可转让、不可退款、不可兑现
• 失效或丢失不予补偿

4.2 设备绑定

• 兑换码激活后绑定到当前设备
• 重装系统或更换设备时可联系客服迁移
• 一个码最多绑定 2 台设备

4.3 滥用

• 转售兑换码视为滥用，我们有权封禁
• 通过非法渠道获取的兑换码无效

5. 用户行为规范

你不得：

• 使用本应用进行任何违法活动
• 通过本应用生成、传播违法内容
• 试图破解、逆向工程本应用
• 滥用 AI 服务进行垃圾内容生成
• 转售本应用的功能或服务

6. AI 内容免责

本应用为第三方 AI 模型的客户端：

• AI 生成的内容不代表我们的观点
• 我们不对 AI 输出的准确性、完整性负责
• AI 不能替代专业建议（医疗、法律、财务等）
• 你应自行判断和验证 AI 输出

7. 知识产权

• 本应用的代码、设计、商标归范东所有
• 你通过本应用与 AI 的对话内容归你所有

8. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内：

• 本应用按"现状"提供，不附带任何明示或默示担保
• 我们不对任何间接、附带、特殊损失负责
• 总责任不超过你过去 12 个月内支付的金额

9. 终止

我们有权在以下情况终止你的使用权：

• 你违反本协议
• 法律法规要求

10. 适用法律

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Hub-i ("the App"), you accept all terms herein.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes only.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Products

• Plus Monthly: ¥18/month
• Plus Yearly: ¥168/year
• Pro Monthly: ¥38/month
• Pro Yearly: ¥348/year
• Lifetime: ¥888 (one-time)

3.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before expiration
• Charged to your Apple ID
• Manage in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• After cancellation, access continues until end of current period

3.3 Refunds

• Refunds handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
• We cannot intervene in refund decisions

4. Redemption Codes

4.1 Nature

• Codes are not legal currency
• Non-transferable, non-refundable, non-cashable
• No compensation for expiration or loss

4.2 Device Binding

• Codes bind to the device upon activation
• Migration possible via support after device change
• Maximum 2 devices per code

4.3 Abuse

• Reselling codes is prohibited; we may ban abusers
• Codes from illegal channels are void

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the App for illegal activities
• Generate or spread illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the App
• Abuse AI services for spam generation
• Resell App features or services

6. AI Content Disclaimer

The App is a client for third-party AI models:

• AI-generated content does not represent our views
• We are not responsible for accuracy or completeness
• AI is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial)
• You should verify AI outputs independently

7. Intellectual Property

• App code, design, and trademark owned by Fan Dong
• Conversation content with AI belongs to you

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• App provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages
• Total liability capped at amount paid in past 12 months

9. Termination

We may terminate your access if:

• You breach this agreement
• Required by law

10. Governing Law

Governed by laws of the People's Republic of China.
